Family Counselling
Family Counselling
Families can be a source of encouragement and love while others can be the source of pain and isolation. Family Counselling view the family as an emotional unit and uses the system to understand the complexity of interactions within the unit. Due to the nature of families, family members are emotionally connected to each other. Each person within the family has a relational and emotional dance with the other members. This dance can be distant and disconnected, it can be enmeshed or interdependent. Whatever the dance, the emotional connection is intense. Family counselling can assist you in understanding your emotional and relational dance with the various members of your family.
Family Counselling allows families to work on the relationships with each other, see patterns and rhythms of relationships and use transformational moments to connect deeply. Family Counselling can help with diverse issues from divorce and separation, pre-marital, sibling relationships, parent/child relationships and family feuds.
